Besides books, large-print books, books-on-tape, and periodicals, the Lake Havasu City Branch Library provides meeting rooms for many community activities such as the Friends of the Library and the Art Guild. Computers are available for use by the public, and computer classes for adults are also available by contacting Michelle at 505-3607.

The Library offers inviting children's programs. Sunshine Soup presents music and movement for toddlers and pre-schoolers most Tuesdays at 9 a.m. Preschool Storytime for kids from birth to age 5 is held most Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Family Storytime for book lovers of all ages is most Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and includes stories, crafts, and dramatic activities for the whole family to enjoy together. Special events are offered monthly.

All Library programs are FREE and offered on a first come, first served basis. Participation is limited to space and supplies on hand. An adult must accompany children under age 10 at all times.
