Mohave Community College offers both credit and non-credit courses in a wide variety of art disciplines. Credit courses are available on the full 15-week semester schedule and as eight-week, short-term courses. New non-credit “Community Outreach” courses begin each month and vary in length.A special “Ageless Academics” tuition rate has been established for those 55 and up. Those students can take credit classes toward a degree or for personal knowledge at half the regular tuition rate (currently $32 vs. $64 per credit hour); or they can audit credit classes with no grades, no tests and no homework for just $10 per credit hour. The non-credit Community Outreach courses are offered to those 55 and up at a 25 percent discount. Coffee at the College presentations are free to the public.
