Steve Sinkey, Wes Humphrey, Doug Los, David Christensen and Gary Silvey The Top Brass Quintet is a Canadian Brass style ensemble composed of two trumpets, a French Horn, a trombone, and a tuba. Its repertoire includes a wide variety of styles from classics to jazz. Community Presbyterian Church hosts the annual Top Brass concert in March 2010. The quintet is also available for weddings, private parties, and organization functions. Top Brass is the nucleus of the TubaChristmas ensemble which performs its annual concert in December, also hosted by Community Presbyterian. TubaChristmas is an international event which began in 1974 to honor the great artists/teachers who represent the tuba/euphonium heritage. Tuba and euphonium players who wish to participate should call organizer Doug Los.
