The Lake Havasu Community Choir, under the direction of Darren Huntting, is in its 34th season and will perform two concerts: Sunday Dec. 6, 2009 and Sunday Mar. 28, 2010. Both concerts begin 3 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center at Lake Havasu High School 2675 S. Palo Verde Blvd. Concerts include both solo and ensemble performances of four-part harmony. The repertoire includes a wide variety of selections from classic to popular. Concert tickets are $10 each and are available at the door or from choir members. Rehearsals are Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at the Lake Havasu High School. Winter visitors and local residents sixteen years of age and older are welcome to participate.
